Day 7: Best Meal

Day 7 of blogger challenge: What is the best meal you have had on the island ? Hmmm, another question that I hate to give just one answer to. However, hands down, my favorite meals have been prepared by Chef David of the former Ancient Capital Restaurant in Roseau, now working in Picard at The Usual Spot. The Usual Spot has items that I am not likely to find in other restaurants here – seaweed salad, miso soup, tuna sushi, thai salad, benton boxes etc. The combination of spices used in the chicken and beef dishes are unique and quite savory. So far, I haven’t tried anything there that I didn’t like. My favorites are the Asia roll and the crunchy roll.
